Drawing from the making of her independent animated short Mirror, Lee will present a comparative analysis of toon-shading techniques and their role in shaping narrative tone. The session aim to highlight how artists can harness Blender’s toon shaders, lighting, and color to evoke emotion and atmosphere, offering both inspiration and practical insight into the expressive potential of non-photorealistic rendering, especially when working with a limited budget.
