Niko is a freelance designer and 3D artist from Germany with roughly 20 years of experience in the design and advertising industry.

He started using Blender in 2020 and after a while he switched from classical 2D design to 3D animation with the focus on short film production.

Since then he has created his own 3D animated short film series called "Mavericks" with five episodes so far. His main inspiration are animated short films like "Love, Death & Robots".
