Renato Roldán, a Spanish animator and director, boasts a distinguished career that commenced in 2005 with his notable short film Seed of Memory, earning him a nomination at the Goya Awards and showcasing at prestigious national and European festivals, including Imagina. Throughout his career, he has garnered accolades such as Mundos Digitales and Art Futura, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the Animation Industry.
With nearly two decades of experience, Renato has played pivotal roles in both animation and video game projects. Among his achievements is Fude Samurai, a transmedia project that won the award for the best video game at Weird Market, as well as Under the Bridge, recognized as the best short film project in the same edition.
During his stint in the world of video games, Renato excelled as an art director. Currently, he is working as a Story Artist in one of the biggest franchises in sci-fi cinema.
