Game assets production pipeline for Arma Reforger

In May 2022, Bohemia Interactive released Arma Reforger, a platform that paves the way for Arma 4, the next game in the military sim game series running on a new proprietary game engine called Enfusion.

Blender is heavily used in their internal game asset production pipeline and they also chose it as the main content creation tool for their modding community.

To support internal/community artists, they developed an add-on to help speed up productivity. This talk will reveal some of the pipelines for game asset creation, as well as lessons learned from the development.
