We have developed a custom airport editor inside Blender which integrates in our pipeline using Gltf as export format to feed our custom graphics engine. Using gpu module to render in viewport 3d, state machines inside an operator to manage behaviours and different C++ libraries with python bindings we customized Blender to our needs.
