Andarta Pictures is a 2D animation studio based in Valence, South of France, producing high-quality series since 2018. Three years ago, we began using Blender for research, and now we're excited to share that we are producing "Ewilan's Quest," an 8 x 26-minute 2D series with a Blender Grease Pencil-centered pipeline.
Extensive development has been done in advance, supported by French public funds, and everything is open-sourced. We're thrilled to present our tools and workflows, including 2D traditional animation tools, 2D cut-out rigs, a layout-centered workflow, render nodes, and more.
