If you’ve ever dipped your toe into color management, you’ll find your toe burning in a pool of hot lava with seemingly no bottom. As you hobble away to bandage your toe, you might be thinking, 'Is it me? Am I really that dumb?' This talk is to assure you that no, it’s not you and you’re not dumb. Color management just really sucks.... a lot. Jacob will hopefully make it suck a bit less by walking you through the fundamentals. He will then show you what color mangement looks like in practice as he guides you through the making of a VFX shot!
