<p>Helmut Satzger works as senior scientific officer at the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre in Munich.<br />
Helmut studied physics in Munich, where he also did his PhD in the field of ultrafast spectroscopy of biomolecules.<br />
After a three year stay as post doctoral fellow in Ottawa, Canada, he joined the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre. There, he works in the field of high performance computing with a focus<br />
on life science. Since 2009, he regularly holds two day workshops together with the Blender developer Andrea Weikert: &quot;High quality scientific visualisations with Blender&quot;</p>
