Gianluca Emilio Ennio Vita is an architect specializing in architectural representation and communication. His research focuses on both the practical and theoretical aspects of digital media as a design tool—a topic on which he has published numerous papers and presented at international conferences. He is a Full Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera (Milan) and an Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico di Milano.

His teaching portfolio includes courses such as Architectural Representation, Virtual Space and Visual Communication, and Digital Computer 3D Modelling Techniques. Additionally, he is the founder and director of the international "CortonaOpen3D" Heritage Design Workshop, and is deeply committed to promoting Blender and the open-source philosophy within academia.
