I'm a software developer working on Cycles for the last five years, developing features such as the denoiser or light portals as well as a lot of internal improvements and speedups.
Over the years I've worked with various studios such as Theory Studios and Tangent Animation on improving Blender for their projects.
While I'm still working on Blender, especially Cycles, in my free time, I also work as a software engineer for cloud infrastructure at Genesis Cloud and have just started a M.Sc. program in Computational Science and Engineering.
Generally, I am very interested in high-performance and GPU computing as well as computer graphics and physics, therefore making rendering algorithms and software my favorite area to work in.
